English - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the Lumina (AstroLumina) application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only The App and its services, including astrology, palmistry, and human design readings derived from artificial intelligence, are provided for entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You must not rely on the information provided by the App as an alternative to professional advice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions via Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store).
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

4. User Content and Conduct When you interact with the AI astrologer through the chat interface, you agree not to submit any unlawful, abusive, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.

5. Intellectual Property The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer of Lumina.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer of Lumina be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or reliance on any readings or material provided within the App.

1. Şartların Kabulü Lumina (AstroLumina) uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları otomatik olarak kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu nedenle Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce bu metni dikkatlice okumanızı öneririz.

2. Sadece Eğlence Amaçlıdır Uygulamanın yapay zeka tarafından sağlanan astroloji, el falı ve human design analizleri gibi özellikleri yalnızca eğlence amacıyla sunulmaktadır. Uygulama tıbbi, psikolojik, finansal veya yasal bir danışmanlık hizmeti sunmaz. Uygulamanın sağladığı bilgilere profesyonel tavsiye niteliğinde güvenilemez.
